Return & Exchange Policy

At Retreat, we take great care to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition and meet the highest standards of quality. 
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of a manufacturing defect supported by visual proof.  Exchange Conditions: 
 The defect must be ed with a clear photo or video immediately upon receiving the order, and within 24 hours of delivery.  Once the case is reviewed and the defect is confirmed, the product will be replaced with a new one at no additional cost.  Exchanges will not be accepted if the product has been opened or used after delivery.
